I'd rest him for the series. Doesn't make sense to risk further injury. Even if they lose a game or two, it doesn't matter.
Kevin Love not traveling with the team to the conference finals is pretty insane. Wouldn't be surprised if he was really leaving. Who could the Cavs get for him? If he's just plain leaving, the cap doesn't allow them to do too much, since Irving's max contract is starting.
