This deal was talked about in depth today. The Love/Wiggins trade has dominated sports radio in MN so much that the talkers are refusing to talk about it, so it's been all Vikings camp for the last week. (Why I listen to ESPN 710 LA or 95.7 the Game in the Bay on my smartphone with bluetooth.) But today I tuned in to see what's going on in MN sport and since ESPN reported on it, they reopened. Weird mix of information.

In response, people are glad Love is leaving. He has dominated half the month of July here, and people are drained. I think people just want the trade to be over with and they can move on. Another reaction is now people who are so-called experts, who only wanted this trade if it had Wiggins, now are starting to second guess themselves and they are starting to say the 'Wolves need to get a third team involved and get more pieces. They don't like Bennett, they don't like the draft pick and they are not sold on Wiggins yet. So to give up 26/9 every night, they think the 'Wolves should get more.

The most important piece, word coming out of the Downtown office of the 'Wolves is that the 'Wolves are getting cold feet. Word is they want a third team, the Sixers have been rumored for a week now, to get Thaddeus Young. So the official deal agreed on is Love for Wiggins/Bennett/and a pick. But it's been the 'Wolves leaking the Sixers and adding Thaddeus Young, and they want Young as well. I don't know, I think this trade gets done as is between just two teams, BUT I wouldn't be surprised if it almost falls apart because the 'Wolves want more.

The Bulls with Rose (if healthy), Butler, McBuckets, Gibson, Pau, Noah, Mirotic, Dunleavy & Hinrich is the biggest threat to the Cavs. The Heat don't have a solid number 1 to turn to in the Playoffs. But, in a down East, they are a top 4 team.
