What do you mean by "served"? But yeah, from everything I heard the suspicion is whether or not he just tried to give him a scare by getting close. The kid certainly shouldn't have been down there in the first place but if he was trying some shit to punk him out or something that shouldn't be ignored either.

Ha, I was thinking some racing term I wasn't familiar with. But yeah, that's fucked if true no matter how dumb the kid was for being out there.
