I didn't say that the cop didn't use excessive force... I just said that we can complain about supposed "Rights" all day, but in reality you have a better chance of not getting blasted if you don't strong arm robbery and intimidate a poor old store-clerk, walk down the middle of the street like you own the place, and then get into a scuffle with a cop
