We can also prosecute every US president since Eisenhower.

Nixon had Watergate, was going to be prosecuted for crimes but...
Ford pardon Nixon.
Carter failed to get hostages out of Iran and for over a year and a half. Carter made Obama look as aggressive as Julius Caesar.
Reagan armed Iran after the hostage situation, while also funding Iraq who was at war with Iran, while also training Al-Qaeda to fight the Soviet Union by teaching them terrorist tactics. This well also declaring a war on drugs and starting the militarization of American inner cities while allying with Manuel Noriega in Panama.
Bush Sr. had people in his administration so corrupt that there was no other choice but to send them to prison.
Clinton had Waco, in which the US government attacked it's own people, burning many alive in their own compound. War crimes in Yugoslavia, let's not get started with Elián González.
Bush had all the cover up of 9-11, the Iraq War and the misleading of American public, illegal torture, Katrina.... I can go on for days on this one.
