Or in india where they still operate under the caste system...
Or France and other parts of Europe where anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant tensions are at a fever pitch and ready to explode at any moment....

i'm not talking about laws regarding race, because we all know america overcompensates in that area to cover up for all the evil that goes on deep inside the souls of your average american....what i'm talkin bout is how ur every-day ficca is mentally predisposed to bein racist, whether it's subconscious or calculated. like if i'm drivin and i got a black passenger, i'm far more likely to get eyed and pulled over based on the officers prejudice thoughts, and no law can change that.
and i've been to israel many times, so i'll tell you from experience, there are jews of all races....black jews are given the same exact opportunities as middle-eastern jews. yes, it is a jewish country, just like iran is a muslim country....but cats dont follow you around a liquor store in israel because youre black. thats america for that ass, cuzzcuzz.

The infrastructure in America is pretty good, you been here Fraxxx?
Germany and Switzerland are probably on top of my list when it comes to infrastructure.
Never been to Japan so I cannot comment on that country.
Props to Infinite for keeping it real, at least his opinion is derived from first hand experience.
That's a positive attribute in a day and age when so many just use google or wickedpedia to make up their mind.

I spent a year in the US and visited the country several times, and from what I've seen, America is NOT outperforming France in terms of race relations. Sure, there are tensions here due to the recent terrorist attack (weren't there some in the aftermath of 9/11 in America though ?), but it shouldn't overshadow the fact that racial mixing and interactions are widespread and more the norm than the exception. France, like the US, has had institutional racism. However, France was never as racially segregated as the US, but had instead geographical segregation (housing projects) and of course social classes. the fact is that a lot of descendants of immigrants are still poor but the difference with the US is that "interracial relations" (the word race is almost proscribed in france) are way more common and easier in france as racial segregation never existed per se and was never ingrained in people's mind.
