uhhh.. what are you talking about??  The song is titled "2014", the Liks are envisioning the world in the year 2014, and hip-hop appears dead, and so they are walking around looking for signs of life (in the year 2014) and they come across an 8 year old kid who knows what real hip-hop is because his Dad taught him.  The kid they are describing in the song is my 8 year old son.
