I have heard this background song on the radio for years but can never name the song that it comes from. Please take a listen - it sounds like early 90's dogg pound similar to "what would you do" but that isn't it. I recorded it off a bay area radio station 106 KMEL.

Any one please help me name this tune! I need to know and add it to my mix.
