Ghost - your theories?

This is one of the best remixes Eminem has done and I still listen to this song on the regular. Please share your thoughts and theories of where this song comes from, how it was arranged etc.

theories:

1. It's an unfinished song (2 verses). Eminem chopped it up and recycled some lyrics for the chorus. The intro vocals actually sound like an outro speech by 2Pac to me.

2. It's a combination of two unheard songs (unfinished or not, maybe even a guest appearance) where he had a similar flow and Eminem arranged it to one song with 2 verses. Similar to Return of the Soldier.

To me the outro vocals sound like it was taken from a guest appearance. Can't really explain why, but that "Fuck the police, nigga! Hahahaha" sounds like he said that in an outro while corresponding with the other features. Sort of like "Amerikkka Eats Its Young".

The lyrics and flow somehow remind me on "The Streetz R Death Row".
