why wcc (and dubcnn) couldnt be accessed earlier today

nothing to do with us or our host (for a change) some big chunk of comms stuff went down in the US, mainly affecting incoming connections across the big pond from europe
this affected lots of sites...


anyways.. all sorted now

(wcc seems slow to me tho...)
