You might have a point there seeing from this link I found a couple of weeks ago.

Some people felt the same way about the tyson-seldon fight on the night 2pac got shot & died days later  :(  I haven't seen it, might be on youtube.  Fans saying fix, or fraud or fear.  Seldon hasn't been heard from since that fight.

That's just the reality of sports. Look at what's going on at Fifa now.

Let me reaffirm that I never said Ali would have lost any of the fixed fights. I don't know that. But the idea of fixing sports for commercial gain goes as far back as sports itself.

Most people just don't like the idea of something they are emotionally invested in being a lie.

Now it's no secret I'm a big Peyton fan and if the Broncos were to win 2 in a row right now I could very easily argue that a fix was in play. It won't affect anything on my end even if it came out that the past 50 years of NFL was set up.

But most people would stop watching.
