you can convert into 320 on iTunes lol

Pointless.

If the source material is 128 you can convert to WAV if you want and it will still be a 128kbps. MP3 is a lossy format and 128 is really poor quality if you have an above average system/headphones - your conversion idea is akin to copying a bootleg VHS to DVD and expecting it to come out in HD.
