Why are ball-handlers now allowed to use off hand to push off?

as for these playoffs, lebron's been getting calls in his favor left and right....there has been so many times where he dips in with his elbow and the foul was whistled on the defender as opposed to the correct offensive foul bein called, or times where iguodala clearly stripped him clean and was still whistled for a foul....or a pivotal play in game 3 where he flat out tackled stephen curry and didnt get blown for the whistle. lebron has gotten the benefit of the whistle more than james harden in these playoffs.

it's already been proven that the series was reffed to go to 7 games, not for the lakers to win...game 5 was reffed in sacramentos favor. game 6 was reffed in LA's favor. and game 7 was reffed evenly. lebron LOST as a second fiddle (see 2011)
