I was looking for this thread and I think there's none about this mixtape so I'm opening one.
You probably heard about him, he's a new rapper outta Compton who's been making noise with mixtapes for a few years, I remember listening to Comptonfornia 2 but I wasn't really impressed but that new Blue 89 tape is DOPE.



I first checked that video which is the intro of the album and I thought it was sick, how the beat swith in the middle of the song to become more west influenced while AD is using a more agressive flow.

Most of the tape is produced by Larry Jayy who provides banging beats which fit perfectly AD style.
