Really interesting document. I have no doubt at all about its authenticity. I can imagine every word in the report spoken by Kadafi.

I wonder if it supports the idea that Orlando Anderson killed Pac. He has a little mustache, so that lines up. As for being soft in the face, it's not an obvious trait to me, but I could see how someone might think he looks kinda soft (if 'soft' here means 'weak' rather than 'flabby').
