You're missing one track, I think: The Recipe (with Hi-C). They performed it live and the video was posted here a few weeks ago.

1-5all have CDQ versions on YouTube
6-7 came out in high quality yesterday on here but not perfect CDQ
8-9 are all live shows but the recipe is pretty good quality
