How Do You Upload Music To Youtube?

yo people, how do you get video's on & poppin on youtube, i downloaded windows movie maker, put the music tune in it now, along wit the picture image of the album aswell but it only plays for 7 seconds even though its a 4.15 minute track, i mean whats good wit that, furthermore, onced you've conquered this stage of the shit, how do you upload it too your youtube channel?
