That crooked cops beat is hard.. Makes you miss those old Dre beats even more..

Shame it don't feel like Compton with some idiot hype man shouting all over the record like he's fat man scoop... Never liked that about those New York mixtape when some idiot is just shouting all over the track to feed his own insecurity of someone using his track

I love this damn radio station... Seems underneathe Dre's status to even spend time on an internet radio show, but it works for me......

...Right now I'm replaying one of the older shows, and he's in a Pete Rock session 8)

Everything Dr. Dre and Truth Hurts did together was dope as fuck, even the Scott Storch record, but Crooked Cops was the absolute highlight.

Dope thing about the radio show is he can debut this or that to check the temperature of a beat, production style, artist, etc

A lot better than the lame ass approach of leaking reference tracks to see who's feeling what.
