I highly doubt Suge had a man suck his dick, in or out of prison.  Suge was connected and had pull, but I don't see him partaking in that kind of stuff behind the walls.  Plus Michel'le had already said that Suge was banging her (and other women) at conjugal visits, so I don't see him getting blown by another man just to punk them, and certainly not after he got released.  He was able to punk the shit out of a lot people before prison without literally making them his bitch.
