Man, the best thing to do is ask them what they are interested in, then listen to what they gots to say & comment on what u can. Girls like someone to listen to them,  ;). What u need to do is jus' go up to the girl start a conversation, even if it jus' starts off wit the subject of weather! lol. Then u can jus' say, "Look, you know I like you." then jus' say something like "I'm not gonna push you but here have my number an' if you ever feel like talking or goin out somewhere jus' give me a call". Easier said than done I know, but you can't go wrong man, atleast from that point on you'll find out where you stand.
