I was in a rush when I made my list, forgot Messy Marv, Jeezy, Jadakiss, Gibbs & Freeway. although Freeway's voice can get annoying at times. the most annoying "raspy" voice being Young Noble in my opinion.

I'd like to add

Herm Lewis (although technically not a rapper)
Homicide
Juvenile
Keith Murray
King George
Eight ball
MC Eiht
Nuttso (Oakland's Nuttso)
OG Cuicide
Ray Luv
Sean T
Yukmouth
DJ DMD
Xzibit

Big Sant
