When Big C-style and Snoop Doggy Dogg worked together in 1994-95 for manage new artists (and then launched Doggy Style Records), they introduced Crooked I to Dave Knight who recorded and produced an album for him at Sound Castle Studios, same studios where Dogg Pound Gangstaz, LBC Crew or Low Lifes also recorded material. This is the original solo album recorded by young Crooked I.
We think the original files could leak soon... :)

--- Quote from: SuperSpider on June 01, 2017, 03:32:39 AM ---I agree with Soopafly and EFFeX on this one. It's a shame that people hog 20+ year old music instead of leaking it for the fans. That's the reason it was recorded in the first place after all

Yeah, I mean, my fear is that the few that are hoarding these unreleased albums on their hard drives are going to experience some kind of data loss and then it's gone forever. Let it get out there so it can be preserved among the masses.
I mean people obviously aren't retiring on the money that they thought they would amass by bootlegging these projects, so let's get going. I mean, no one is going to care about this old music in 2030, let alone 2018, lol.

yeah those retards on bomb none especially
these days no one gives a shit bout this old music

Those retards ? I don't understand. I mean, this is Dave Swang himself who leaked this album 🤔
EFFeX:
I salute Dave Swang for releasing this though. That was real big of him to do that. Shows a real appreciation for both the fans and the music in general.
I also want to touch on my previous comments. I did not mean those as a personal shot at anyone. I think that there is a lot of cool people out there with a lot of that unreleased music. I also understand the commitment involved in getting their hands on these records as well.
I just think that in the past there has been some tactics that I did not entirely agree on and there have been a few that have left a dark cloud over the whole scene.
Ultimately I just want everyone who are die hard fans to get their opportunity to hear the music.
