Congratulations and good for you. Shits tuff for bigger people. Way too many don't understand how it feels to be big and judge them by their looks. Then when you loose the weight people always have to question the way you did it and take away credit for your tuff work. Then their jealousy kicks in when your doing good.

I'm typing this right now recovering from a arm lift(loose skin) operation. Not to try to hijack your thread but I went from 450+ and I'm sitting at 203 right now< in two years. I feel great and I'm happy to have lost the weight and feel blessed but it definitely didn't fix my anger issues. I guess I used food as a anti depressant lol..

But I'm really and truly happy for you keep up the great work at the end of the day health is all we got.
