Unless this is a recent different video, i watched this years ago.  J-Flexx just talking about some of the songs they were working on that may or may not have ended up on the final Chronic 2.  No audio or anything.  Pretty much what's in the synopsis in the first post is the pertinent information gleaned from the interview.
