Absolutely. I feel the only exception to this if it were a remix version or re-issue with some bonus material. Something like the illmatic xx which had a 2nd disc of remixes, live version and b-sides or the illmatic to stillmatic:
This nonsense 'part 2' has never worked as far I know and is always used as an attempt to eat off of earlier success. True artists don't need to go back as they're forever evolving
