I mean this is some old way of thinking that hiphop destroys your life—it's right up there with the idea that "Rock-n-Roll" was the devils music back in the 60's and that America was entering the apocalypse as a result of the youths affinity for it.
Shit they now got hiphop in the curriculum at schools all over the world as a tool to try to wake minds. Hiphop was under threat from the thought and morality police in the 70's and 80's and even 90's but it's since reached critical mass and global acceptance and it's place is now beyond debate.
