reason why rakim has been delayed for so long?

actually the hook was what i like the most of R.A.K.I.M... but in general i can imagine this.. as it's very important for the sales so they'll have to work on it

If that's the problem, they got the solution right in front of their eyes, already signed to the label: 50 Cent. Pretty much every review I've read on his album have praised the hooks and they have also been mentioned in other contexts regarding 50. Get 50 to write some hooks and you're set. Also they could get guests to do the hooks. Nate, Kokane or Butch Cassidy (or maybe Truth or Latoiya if a female is needed) could do singing hooks (obviously) and I bet pretty much any rapper would be willing to get on Ra's album, even though it's just a hook.

HOOKS? Rakim don't need help with hooks. Fuck a hook. Did he need help with hooks when he was named the GOAT.......NO........and he don't need help now. This is RAKIM not a punk off the street.
