Lex was arrested after Ms. Elizabeth was found dead, they searched his house and found thousands of steroid pills, xanex, etc. etc. The smoking gun put up the warrant and his mug shot.  Think of the hell this guy was going through when they took the picture.

Here's the mugshot from 2 weeks earlier, when Ms. Elizabeth called the police (easter sunday) and told them that lex had "punched her in the face'.  What an ASSHOLE.  I know this guy, who dated one of Lex's girlfriends about 15 years ago... she was cheating on lex with this dude I know, and he said she was always making fun of how small Lex's dick was; I guess to make up for it he feels he has to beat women around.
