Just a few ideas off the top of my head.. hope yall consider, peace.

One thing I never figured, is the structure of the board..
This would be a good strucure, imo:


Main Section: (For general music-talk)
    - West Coast Connection Forum
    - Outbound Connections
    - (Alternativily a non-rap section, I'm sick of browsing through M.J.-threads, Cat Stevens etc.)  

Album previews, reviews & credits:
    - 411 - The Connection (PREVIEW the album before it drops)
    - The Vault (Album is out, peep the credits and producer info)
    - Album Review (The album has been out for a second, REVIEW it here, or peep other reviews)



Keep the other sections as is..

This is just a roughly draft, but I think 411, Reviews & The Vault belong in the same section.

To me, this layout makes more sense, since 411, Album Reviews & The Vault is all about info/opinions on albums before and after they are released.

Or put it between SOSIALISTIC and  SKILLMATIC...
If that's possible.. or better yet, above SOSIALISTIC.. then the 5-6 board on top would be all about the music.

Just my 2 cents....I agree with Jome about moving those parts of the board up so that the music categories are first, then at the bottom of the board it is Socialistic (NON music discussing topics).  

Also, what about a board just for song lyrics?
