Robocop- When dude gets toxic waste on him then gets hit by the car

Total Recall- When he's about to get his mind erased and he pulls his restraints off and stabs the dude in the neck with them.

Big Lebowski- Bowling scenes

Mission Impossible 2 - The slow-mo in the Lab scene is superbly directed.

Matrix - Fight in tube tunnel.

SW EP2 - Bit where Annakin gets major hump with sand people and then further on says about being the greatest jedi.

Fast and Furious - First race, engine noises are sweet.

Just the first ones I thought of.
