As opposed to doing what??  If you love hip-hop and there's a hip-hop forum that specializes and targets the music and era that you are a fan of wouldn't it make sense that you would spend time there?

If I was hanging out at some classic jazz forum then would that be more acceptable?  What is a more acceptable hobby in your eyes?  Or is rap music something childish?  If so, then get the fucc out of here and stop being a hypocrite.  You don't see the irony that you are posting on the dubb forum to complain that people post on the dubb forum??
