Any DJ Screw or similar fans in here?

That Dre produced 6’2” track “Day Like Today” got me searching for similar sounds, how about DJ Screw??  Anything else like it?? That hypnotizes the listener by slowing speeds?

So what does DJ Screw actually do, other than slowing the speed?  Who can break it down from the production/mixing side
