Semen has properties which makes it wholly difficult for the human stomach to digest as quickly as "normal matter"
However you are right in the fact that if someone had to have their stomach pumped they would have to have been sucking on the pole for about 32 hours continuously...
....enough that the stomach would be so full that it cant rid itself...
...however as said before it does take longer to rid semen...
..and in large quantities the person would most likely be sick before needing any medical treatment.
(and whoever is recieving the blowjob to produce that much sperm wouldnt have had sexual intercourse for about half a year in order to store that much up.)
