it's called stadium music
when u blast it on high end stadium speakers at full volume, it maintains clarity
he started doing that with compton, but at least compton maintained some thickness to it ... missionary just went all in on the thin sonics, which doesn't sound good on a regular system unless u turn the bass way up and lower the treble.

Nonetheless SOMEONE should have told them to make a "normal" mix, too. I think they thought that's gonna be the "new sonics" everybody will like. Which definately isn't the case....
