Yeah but I don't think Putin is 100% in control of Russia.  Because he still follows along with the Space/Round Globe Earth Hoax and the Coward-19 hoax.

So my theory is that Russia and America have been under the globalists control likely for many decades.  To what level I'm not sure.  Like does Putin just follow orders 100% or more likely he's allowed to do whatever he wants as long as he doesn't cross certain lines like questioning the Globe or questioning Coward-19
