My thoughts are if there are medical records, they would be available in any sort of discovery piece of the trial, or a search warrant can cause the release of the records.  I'm not going by something where Keefe D says they are out there, or RJ Bond.  If the medical records are there, they are obtainable.  If no one can obtain the actual records and all we have are word of mouth from random people speculating, that means nothing to me.
