It's a nuanced discussion that can be looked at in various ways.
Race is just one ideology. You have the system of class, you have religion, you have economics, you have sex, you have nationality etc.
Try to look past race and see why some may take issue with what's being presented in the video.
If there was a girls basketball team and their opponent the next game turned up and they were an all guys team and the the girls got upset and the guys said, hey we're all white, what's the issue? Would that make sense to you? Clearly the issues shouldn't be addressed by race, it's a gender issue.
