unfortunately we only had him for that 1 season in '91-92 and then he went to Boston the following year
but yeah that style of play is what I grew up on

so there was a report in the New York Post about the dissention amongst the Mets players.... how Lindor and McNeil almost fought after a game and that Soto and Lindor were not particularly close
this is only an issue when you have a bad team which the Mets were

Sounds like that Meta team is about to be blown up. Which is shame because on paper that team was stacked

yeah its kind of like more of a reset
they couldn't run the same team out there again next season after their performance this year regardless of the talent level
