What's the name & artist of a particular song on BET Uncut?

It had the sample from a woman artist in the 80's.  When I hear music by Debbie Deb.  Kendrick Lamar sampled that song in squabble up.  The video was in a strip club & the owner there who looked like a cross between ernest the cat miller & the dude who raped ebony on the player's club.

Go to whosampled.com and type in the Debbie Deb song.

There's been about 20 songs that sampled it over the years.  Pitbull - Fuego, Black Eyed Peas - The Boogie That Be, Young Joc - With The Lights On. Based on the timeframe, was probably one of those songs, but you can check the list and listen to each song and I'm sure you can find it that way.

Ah yes, whosampled.  Love that site.  Unfortunately, the song i'm looking for is not on there.  Its most likely on my vhs tapes, but nobody wants to make vcr's anymore  :(  And i'm too busy with work & other things where I don't know when I will be to search them.
