I'm not sure how he's innocent when he was found guilty of charges and potentially he still could face twenty years.

He is guilty imo of trafficking, kidnapping (cassie+KK) and he wasn't charged for the guns or the drugs but should have been. I think the drug and gun charges will be brought in by the state later but regardless he was caught with them. Adding that to the case as well as other witnesses that are known would have made a stronger case. I do understand that at least one witness was afraid to testify.

Some of the drugs mentioned throughout the trial impairs the user, so giving a user those drugs that knocks them out, then having sex with them, takes away their consent. Even if that person willingly took those drugs. We have the Johnathon Oddi interrogation that predates all of this by years stating that he was paid by diddy to have sex with her and sometimes she wouldn't be conscious and he thought she was going to die. The fact that he was never brought in to testify is mind boggling.

Too many people have said that Diddy is working with the feds. I feel as if they had to do something based upon the allegations that were made against him, so they put on this charade. That by no means suggest that he is innocent. Even if you take Cassie out of the equation; you still have drugs, guns, kidnapping, threats, violence, intimidation, prostitution, other victims that the feds know about etc. I just don't see a victory here for the public for him to do the minimum amount of time. He's still addicted to drugs and sex and still has money and power. He needs to sit down for a while.

He needs to sit down for a while because he’s addicted to drugs and sex?  Sorry, homie but that’s not a crime.  If that were a crime then half the people in the country would be in jail and the other half would be free only because of lack of access to it.

Puffy is rich so he has access to things the ordinary person may not.   And I think that makes people mad and they just want him to be guilty.  I don’t like him because I still think it’s 96’ and take the East/West beef seriously—but yet and still if you take away Innocent until Proven Guilty—then we don’t have a country anymore.  Innocent until proven guilty, freedom of consenting adults, and freedom and liberty to pursue your own version of happiness are cornerstones of this country and for someone so sanctimonious—are these principles not important?
