How do I post pictures in the message box? and How do I keep a picture as my avatar and make it last more than 2 days(usually lasts 2 days before I get the little red "x" box thing?

Ummkay, first you have to find a good host that allows you to link to their pictures...

Second, go into your profile place and follow the directions.
