i wish kokane would be on it, he always shines on battlecat beats.

it was a dream of us in late 90s and early 00s to have a kurupt album entirely produced by battlecat.

dream is about to come true. fingers crossed. i hope both legends will not dissapoint us.

on the mix mastering side and quality, i trust battlecat, he became a fucking good engineer in years.

Why? The album is produced by Battlecat. It's not like Snoop made Kurupt work with some random producers like he did on "Cali Iz Active".

Snoop was behind the last Dogg Pound album and it was WAY better than it would have been if Daz had full control.

Snoop's not behind the project as far as production goes.  Yeah, there won't be much of a buzz or marketing push.  Snoop doesn't push any of the artists on death row other than himself.  There'll be some videos and some online chatter on social media, but that'll be it. It's not like Kurupt is going to be pushed back into the mainstream with this one. 

So don't be expecting a groundbreaking album with radio play and mainstream attention, but it'll be a good little album for us long time fans to enjoy.  That's all that should be expected and then you won't be disappointed.
