On the original release, Suge Knight and Dr. Dre are executive producers. It's commonplace for label CEOs to have executive production credits. Executive production doesn't have anything to do with music production. Music production is producing music, executive production is producing execution. The business side of releasing an album.
As far as pressing quality goes, I'm no expert on that industry, but it stands to reason that streaming services and online music gave all those companies that professionally factory pressed releases a run for their business, and we're now probably down to a few key players that are either on the premium side, or the budget side. I'm willing to bet pressing a good album booklet is a bit of a lost art at this point other than a few particularly interested individuals out there.
