Talking Eastcoast.. wether they been out for 2 weeks or 2 years, they're all pretty new, and they all got a heavy buzz..

And T.I. is South, but I'm adding him in the mix since he sounds East.

Poster Boy. That guy could freestyle but i dunno if he'll blow up. I know everyone is gonna vote for buddens.

Right now, I would say this is the order:

1. Cassidy
2. Lloyd Banks
3. Jae Hood

Saigon.. not even among the 5 best of my list.. I think he's pretty weak.
