If we are talking about lifestyle then Suge might top the list

 (though not a rapper he was on top of the rap pyramid and fell pretty damn hard—if you take where he was at when that Source issue with him on the cover dropped late summer 96' to then being in jail, coming out and the only thing he drops was a weak Dysfunctional Family soundtrack, to losing his label and back in jail)
