See.. you were laid back then, and just playing the background to Kurupt. Since, it's like you've became an attention whore.
Plus, as good as RRGB was you failed to go double platinum and surpass the evils of No Limit/Ruff Ryders/Rockafella/Bad Boy, failed to save the West Coast and failed save Death Row.
So maybe it is you who failed me?

Daz wanted me to ask you this... since when do sales numbers effect how a song resonates with you? Since RRGB didn't go double plat, it didn't mean as much to you? But Daz also said since you feel he failed you, and you are disappointed with him, and you also don't support his work financially, he suggests you make a clean break and stop looking at him as your dad. You clearly don't feel he can live up to your expectations, and it's irrelevant to him if you follow his career or not, so he suggests you find another rapper you can call daddy, Snoop Dogg or Danny Boy perhaps.

I didn't mean it that way. I loved your 1998 RRGB album. And it wasn't your fault that it didn't sell. You did everything possible, from the perfect lead single, to guest artists, production, everything was flawless. "In California" should have blown up on radio and video and catapulted you to platinum. It's just all the ignorant rap fans that were chasing No Limit, DMX, Ja Rule, looking for another 2pac, when they already had you to fill Pac's shoes.
So I'm asking for your forgiveness Dad... I mean Daz. And to let me back in as your son... I mean fan.
