thats not the "change" i meant. i meant time changes and you need to change your sound and adapt to something new.
regulate and i want it all albums are very different to each other. take a look over your shoulders stands in the middle of them production and sound wise. he perfected his new g-funk era vibe with i want it all after he tried a bit in "take a look over your shoulder"
he did one more change in return of regulator (which was dope to me) but maybe he needed one more move to perfect it. but then he started to fall off. in the mid night hour had really nothing to do with warren's own g-funk sound and that day's mainstream music.
even dj muggs did same thing with "lowrider" album to fit his music to post 2000 west coast mainstream era. thats why some cypress fans hate that album but i love it.
