Mitchy Slick & Damu- Strong Arm Mixtape
Phil Da Agony - Smokefest & Hulk Steady
Paris - Sleepin With The Enemy
Eric B & Rakim - Paid In Full, Follow The Leader, Don't Sweat The Technique, Let The Rhyth Hit Em

waiting for all these to arrive in the mail  ;D

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

I just re-bought OutKast - Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik today for the fourth time. Shit keeps on gettin' stolen or too scratched up.

Last album I bought that I never owned was Nas - God's Son in December. I don't feel anything out right now. I looked for that Sly Boogy but it wasn't at the store.

nas - nastradamus... I had all nas cd's except for this one. I guess all the bad reviews kept me from buying it. Now that I finally own it, I can honestly say that I like the cd and I don't understand all the hate.

My last hip-hop album was that Green Lantern mix CD, which I got for a fiver - sweet. "Daddy, is Ja Rule taller than me?" "No honey, you guys are the same size."  ;D

That's my last too - I actually got it for free when copping the "More Music From 8 Mile" compilation, so I guess those two are my latest. :)

I dunno if you're talkin' just rap albums, but the last one I bought was Beenie Man - Tropical Storm. It ain't arrived yet though. It's been a while since I bought a rap CD, but then again it's been a while since I had any money to spare. Now I'm savin' up some cash, mainly for Warren's EP and Suga Free's street gospel. I finally found a dealer who can get me that.
