Both verses were simplistic, and weren't hitting hard.  Qurate had decent punches and were at least aimed at the opponent.  Concrete was too busy reppin himself and droppin "nigga" on everyother bar.

Vote= Concrete, little bit more wordplay, metas.  Wasn't really feelin Qurate's verse as much, but both were a little short and simple.  Concrete, fa real, try not to use nigga as much, it's more of a crutch than anything.
