If he's king of something, then it must be the underground.. you cant be king of the coast and not even have a record out.

West: Snoop Dogg, atm.. Detox will give Dre back the spot.
East: Jay-Z by far.. no competition, but Rakim will give him that..
South: Scarface.. will pass the torch to Ludacris when he retires in a few.
Midwest: Eminem.. no competition, Bone Thugs is strong contenders, and Royce will be big.
